Once operational, Sizewell C will supply reliable, low-carbon electricity to the equivalent of six million homes for at least 60 years.

After delivering 120 MWe of Gen 1 ORC equipment to Phase I, Turboden is again selected to participate in Phase II.

The plant will be the first in Europe to transform, at scale, non-recyclable municipal solid waste and biomass into renewable and circular methanol.

The contract will be delivered over the next three years and will see up to 480 Wood employees, at peak, with experienced project professionals from its local operations together with subject matter experts, and construction management and commissioning specialists from Wood’s global operations.
